OUR HISTORY
Like all successful businesses, CLO Lawyers started from a solid foundation
Founding Director Murray Crawford began his career as a commercial lawyer. He went on to teach business and taxation law at Monash University and the University of Southern Queensland. Murray returned to legal practice in 2001, establishing MG Crawford and Co in Toowoomba. This venture paved the way for the CLO journey.

Our promise to you is full fee transparency. We can provide you with a fixed fee quote or cost estimate with regular fee updates (relative to the service provided).
CLO Lawyers’ property law, estate planning and estate administration services are provided on a fixed fee basis.
We understand that you need accurate information regarding legal fees and costs to determine the commercial viability of engaging in or defending certain legal actions. Our fee promise to you is absolute clarity regarding your legal spend, so there is no possibility that you will experience “bill shock” when receiving your invoice.
We are always open and upfront about fees.
In return, we ask that you discuss your cost expectations with us and disclose any circumstances that might impact your ability to pay your legal fees.
